7 years ago, I found myself sitting on a forest floor in Estonia with my entire constructed life scattered around me like autumn leaves. Everything I thought defined me—marriage, business, identity—had dissolved. What remained was just me, the trees, and a conversation I'd been avoiding my whole life.

That forest floor became my teacher. The dissolution became my initiation. And what I learned in those depths—about the intelligence hidden in crisis, the medicine buried in our shadows, the profound timing of our soul's development—is what I now offer to others walking their own underworld journeys.
