Walking the Depths Together
Despite more than a decade of sincere, deep spiritual work - the kind where you actually show up, do the practices, and face the uncomfortable stuff —
in 2018 I discovered myself in the middle of what I can only describe as a cosmic demolition project. Everything I thought I was got scattered around me like someone had shaken my life upside down just to see what would fall out. Turns out, all that dedicated inner work was just the warm-up act. The real transformation? That comes when life decides you're ready for the advanced course - whether you feel ready or not.
Everything had to go. I was left with nothing, nobody, and the dawning realization that this wasn't actually the disaster it appeared to be. What remained was just presence, nature, and the uncomfortable truth that The Great Mystery wanted to have a serious chat - and when that happens, there's no calling in sick. I turned within and basically became a hermit for about 3 years. Best “worst” time of my life. That breakdown became my breakthrough, though it took me a while to appreciate the cosmic humor and timing in that plot twist.
Today, thanks to my deep dive, I can be very useful working with fellow travelers who are discovering that all their spiritual work was apparently just boot camp for the real adventure - people in the middle of their own beautiful disasters, wondering if they're having a breakdown or breakout (spoiler: it's both).
What I bring to this work isn't perfection or a foolproof system. It's the hard-earned wisdom that comes from getting thoroughly lost and finding your way back, plus the ability to sit with you in the mess without trying to clean it up or make it prettier."
What Three Years of Cosmic Demolition Taught Me
Remember those prison bars made of 'shoulds' and locks made of 'not enough'? Turns out the path back to yourself runs straight through dismantling that whole structure. It's not about adding more spiritual practices - it's about finally visiting all those places you've been avoiding because they didn't fit the "should" manual.
The grief you've been "shoulding" yourself out of feeling. The rage you've kept polite because good people "shouldn't" be angry. The dreams you've filed under "maybe when I'm more responsible" (translation: maybe never). The truth you've been too polite to live because it might make others uncomfortable.
Here's the thing: Most of us are terrible at listening. We're so busy following what we think we "should" do that we miss what the Spirit is actually trying to tell us. We are afraid to stop because that seems to be a criminal thing to do. Is it? Just question, in whose interest is this — when we're breathing shallow, thinking fast, and wondering why we feel disconnected from our own lives?
The real crime bosses running your internal prison:
Meet Shame and Guilt - the dynamic duo who've been running protection rackets on your dreams since you were old enough to disappoint someone.
They operate like this: Every time you get close to your truth, they show up with their clipboard of reasons why you can't have it. "Remember when you tried that before?" "What about all the people you'll let down?" "Who do you think you are?" They're very professional about crushing dreams and making it look like they're doing you a favor. So what's the antidote to this ancient protection racket? The only way to stop funding this operation is to start valuing exactly what they've taught you to hide.
Your sensitivity isn't something to manage - it's your early warning system that you're not listening deeply enough. Your intensity isn't too much - it's what happens when you finally start feeling instead of thinking your way through life. Your depth isn't inconvenient - it's your direct line to what's actually true. The world doesn't need more people who've mastered the art of spiritual "shoulds." It needs people who've learned to breathe deep, sense through the noise, trust what they actually know instead of what they think they should know, and finally stop funding the ancient racketeering operation that's been keeping authentic humans locked up since the beginning of time.
Transformational Conversations
Think of this as sitting by a fire with someone who's been where you're going. We'll explore what's calling you beyond the edges of your current life, what wants to die away, and what's ready to be born. These aren't therapy sessions—they're conversations between fellow travelers, one of whom happens to have a bit more experience navigating the underworld. Perfect for those seeking clarity and direction.
Transformational Counseling
This is where my Scorpio intensity meets my Leo heart—creating a safe container for your deepest work while ensuring you leave empowered, not depleted. Using depth psychology, astrological insights, and mythic perspective, we'll explore your soul's blueprint and navigate whatever underworld journey you're walking. Whether you're in crisis, seeking to understand repeating patterns, or ready for deep shadow work, this is where we meet in the depths. Multiple session formats available.
Art of Ensoulment Session
A 120-minute journey using breath, voice, and deep inner exploration. I call it "art" because we're creating something together—space for your authentic self to emerge. I call it "ensoulment" because we're reconnecting you with the part of yourself that knows exactly who you are beneath all the conditioning. This work is for those ready to stop performing their life and start living it.
Sacred Emergence Program
When your life decides to go full cosmic renovation mode and everyone thinks you're having a breakdown, but you suspect you're actually having a breakout - this is your custom escape plan. A 3-month journey with someone who's been through the cosmic blender and knows the territory well. Not therapy, not life coaching - just walking alongside you through the beautiful disaster of becoming who you actually are.
If you've read this far and something inside you is nodding, you probably already know whether this work is for you. Trust that knowing. The part of you that brought you here is the same part that will carry you through whatever transformation is calling.I don't promise it will be easy. I promise it will be real.
And sometimes, that's exactly what the soul is asking for.
Here's what others have shared about their experience of working together in these depths.
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!
